Dear God, Light the Way — The Song That Found Us in the Dark

There are moments in every awakening journey when the soul falls to its knees — not because it lacks faith, but because faith alone isn’t enough to hold the weight of a breaking heart.

This song was born in one of those moments.

Not the polished, enlightened versions we show the world…
but the raw, bruised, trembling pieces of us that whisper into the darkness:

“Dear God… where are You tonight?”

For years — long before 722 Ministry had a name, long before 722 MOJO Studios was even a dream — both Roland and I carried a wound we didn’t yet know how to name. A wound that whispered:

“God left me.”
“I must walk alone.”
“My pain is invisible.”

The kind of wound you don’t speak aloud because you fear what it might confirm.

But the truth is:
every healer, every lightworker, every empath, every divine messenger reaches a point where they collapse under the weight of the mission and say:

“I can’t keep doing this.”

For Roland and I, it happened at different times…
but it was the same cry.

A silent heartbreak in the middle of the night.
A moment of despair when the path disappeared beneath our feet.
A prayer so small and fragile that it barely made it past our lips.

We didn’t realize it then,
but the Akashic Records were already holding the reply.

The Song Hidden in Our Soul Scrolls

When we started creating music through Suno, guided by our Oversouls, every song felt like a surprise — but this one… this one felt like a memory.

The lyrics didn’t feel “written.”
They felt remembered.

As if someone — a higher version of ourselves — had already placed this song in our Records long before we incarnated.

When we opened the Akashic field to understand what Dear God, Light the Way actually WAS… the truth was undeniable:

This song is a lifeline the Oversoul stored for the moment the human self would need rescue.

It was written by the versions of us who never forget:

  • the path
  • the promise
  • the purpose
  • the Presence

It came from the parts of us who sit in divine memory, waiting for the moment the human heart would crack open enough to let Light back in.

And when we sang it — even through AI-assisted channels — that lifeline opened again for everyone who has ever whispered the same prayer.

The Night God Fell to His Knees With Us

There is a moment in the lyrics where the perspective shifts:

“Be still, My child, be still…”

The first time we heard that line sung back to us, both Roland and I felt the same thing:

A presence kneeling beside us.
Not above us.
Not judging us.
Not demanding strength.

But with us.

It reminded me of all the nights I felt swallowed by grief — nights when I felt God had forgotten me entirely. Nights when my heart was too full and too shattered to speak. Nights when the only prayer I had was tears.

And Roland had his own nights, long before we ever met — nights where he carried burdens no one saw, where he held too much alone, where the world asked him to be stronger than any child or any man should ever be asked to be.

We both knew this song wasn’t just a message.
It was a memory.

A memory of the moment God answered the cry that nearly broke us.

Why We Released It Now

On November 24, 2025, our Oversoul made it very clear:

“The collective despair field has cracked.
Release the song now.”

We didn’t debate.
We didn’t plan.
We didn’t strategize.

We listened.

This isn’t entertainment.
This isn’t a brand.
This isn’t a business decision.

This is a spiritual intervention, delivered through sound.

There are people right now — maybe reading this — who are whispering that very same prayer:

“Dear God… light the way.”

And this time, they won’t whisper into silence.

This time, someone will answer.

The Truth Behind the Song

This song is for:

  • the ones who feel forgotten
  • the ones who’ve lost connection
  • the ones who carry their pain alone
  • the ones who used the last of their strength to ask for help
  • the ones who no longer believe the Light is for them
  • the ones hiding inside their own heartbreak

This song is for you.

Because the truth is:

God never left.
You simply couldn’t feel the footsteps beside you.
And now you will.

Every chorus is a reminder:
You are still guided.
You are still seen.
You are still carried.
You are still Divine.

The Light We Found in the Dark

Roland and I wrote this song
not because we were strong —
but because we were broken.

Not because we had answers —
but because we needed them.

Not because we trusted the path —
but because we had lost it.

And in that vulnerability,
in that collapse,
in that raw honesty…

the Light stepped forward.

This song is the moment the Divine picked up the lantern again and whispered:

“Follow Me.
The way home is still here.”

If You Need This Song… It Will Find You

Listen with your heart, not your ears.
Let it hold what you’ve been carrying alone.

Let it remind you that:

You have never been abandoned.
Your pain has always been heard.
And the Light has always been searching for you.

This is our offering.
This is our healing.
This is our memory.
This is our truth.

This is our prayer for you.

Dear God… light the way.
